2. Must have a "hook" or product/service that is soooo "EVIL" that our judges will fall down on their kness and do the Wayne's Word "We're not worthy" chant. This criteria is purely subjective but rest assured we will know it when we see it.
3. Cannot promote hate, violence or weapons. Adult sites are a "Maybe" depending on how much of a unique thing or quality they have but better be legal in North America.
4. No MLM because that's just plain "evil" and not "EVIL". Really, it's just good old fashioned burn-in-hell-for-eternity kind of "evil" and not at all the cool metaphorical "EVIL" we are trying to give an AWARD to. K?
5. Affiliate site are fine only if they are really "EVIL" and will astound us with how "EVIL" it is, and not just the product (ie. 1000mg tab of Viagra® is frightening but not actually "EVIL".
